YOU CAN NOW ALSO ORDER SOME OF OUR MODELS ONLINE. WE ARE WORKING AT HAVING ALL OUR BIKES AVAILABLE TO ORDER ONLINE. HOWEVER IN THE MEANTIME, IF THE MODEL YOU WISH TO ORDER IS NOT LISTED BELOW, PLEASE PHONE US ON 01903 730089 TO ORDER YOUR BIKE.
Ordering Your Goods
Otherwise ordering our products Online is simple. We use PayPal as our Online Merchant. All you have to do is select your items, put them in your shopping basket and proceed to the express checkout where you can pay using your credit or debit card.
Delivery Timescales.
We aim to despatch your order on our next working day, following your order. Generally speaking most orders will be with you between 5 and 7 days from the date of your order, but please allow 7 days just to be sure. All items are sent via FEDEX UK, and you will need to sign for them.
Bicycles: When ordering your bike online,we will contact you within 3 days of placing your order via email with a provisional delivery date. Usually, we will try and contact you on the same day you order or the next working day. We aim to have your bike to you asap, if it's in stock, we will dispatch to you on the next available working day using FEDEX UK, 3 Day Delivery.
We aim to have your bike to you within 7-10 days of your order if the bike is in stock in the UK. If not in stock, we will arrange to have it on the next shipment from Holland, which we take usually every two weeks.
We can deliver to your work address, if that makes life easier. FEDEX will only deliver between Monday to Friday.

Refunds/Returns.
We want our customers to be happy, so if you do buy an accessory from us online, and you subsequently are not happy with the item, you can return it to us for a full refund. You will have to pay return postage to us, and once we receive the item back in our shop, provided it is in an unused, saleable condition, we will issue you a full refund for the value of the goods purchased. Please note this will not include the delivery charge.
When returning your goods, we recommend you use a postal/courier service that requires for the goods to be signed for on delivery. That way, you can be assured we receive your returns.
You Will need a Returns Number!
If you are returning an item, please let us know via phone or email that you are planning to return it to us and we will give you a Returns Number, which helps us with our admin.
Remember we want you as our customer to be entirely satisfied with your purchases! For us happy customers, mean more sales, which makes better business sense for us. So if you unhappy with anything you bought, please tell us first and give us an opportunity to put things right.
