Folding Bicycles

A folding bicycle is useful for lots of things.

Ideal for taking in the boot of the car or as hand luggage on a train and also a useful addition for your camper van, motorhome or caravan holidays.

Batavus offer two models of folding bikes which come in either 20" or 24" wheels.

Our favourite Batavus Folder is the Nova Versa 20" folding bike, which gives a really superb ride with a nice upright riding position, and is easy to fold.

Weightwise, the Batavus Nova Versa which is a 3 Speed SRAM Hub Geared bike weighs in at just 13.2kg.

The Coaster brake is a useful addition to a folding bike as when you fold it you don't have to worry about snagging or catching rear brake cables and so on.

The Nova Versa proved a very popular seller for us in 2007 and the new 08 model improves on what was already a super bike.

This bike really gives a nice, pleasant fast ride and is ideal as a stow-away traveling companion.
