Since then the Diva has outsold all of our other 3 speed models, including the traditional Old Dutch.
A huge selling point for Diva (and blockbuster) is it's relative lightweightness. All Batavus models with the exception of Old Dutch and Personal Bike are built using lightweight alloy 7005 frames.

As with the 2009 model, Diva is available in two colour choices - White and Smokesilver.
The 2010 model features a new livery both on the frame decals and mudguard detail, but also the saddles have a new livery.
Last year's quicksilver, has been replaced with this year's smoke silver, which is a silver/gold colour - unique to Batavus.
Without professional photography, it's difficult to capture and detail the colours of the Diva and when the new 2010 colours arrived here at our base in Littlehampton, the staff were really taken by it. Considering they're guys - this says something. Rarely have I ever seen a guy get worked up about what is essentially a girl's bike.
